It would appear that TS Nicole has left the area. We had enormous amounts of rainfall in a short period of time which caused massive flooding. We had some tragic deaths due to car accidents but the rain has stopped for the time being and we will all go out and assess the damage at sunrise. The next time someone prays for rain to alleviate the drought, please be a little more specific in the amount you need.
