Regina Janney RN II, BC, MS, will be honored by the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) at the October APNA annual conference. Janney will be awarded the APNA's Award for Excellence in Practice - RN-Psychiatric Mental Health Registered Nurse. This award recognizes an APNA psychiatric mental health registered nurse who provides exemplary psychiatric mental health nursing practice to patients, families and populations through collaboration for optimal outcomes, patient and public advocacy, mentoring/supervision of other nurses and continuously improving his/her skills.
