I thought the beach was only condos, at least that is the way it seems now. You basically have to own the beach to enjoy it.
VERY LIMITED PUBLIC ACCESS NOW..NOT THE WAY IT USED TO BE..OR SHOULD BE. ONLY THE WEALTHY WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE IT SOON, BUT IT DOESN'T BELONG TO THEM...
