Gee. How much do you think they'd charge to come here and help me get back in shape with exercise? Oh cripes. You know ... I rewrote that sentence four times now to try to keep it completely clean and it just won't come out right no matter what.
I was REALLY referring totally to EXERCISE. Nothing else. Sheesh.
